i usually go to hyundai, and there were no appts for over a month. the staff at hyundai were able to get me a timely appt at honda. right when i walked into honda, i was greeted by kirstie (spelling sorry). the whole appt (inspection/oil change) only took about an hour. very friendly, prompt and a free car wash! will be coming back to this location.
First of all, my service coordinator, Josh, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he made sure to get me to the right person to solve my problem. On top of that, he had an emergency with his Grandfather that same day, and he still kept in touch with me all day to let me know what was going on with my car!
