Friendly, efficient, and helpful, Janelle explained everything to me very patiently. She is very knowledgeable about Hondas, too. It took Honda 11 months to get a part in the wrong (but close color). You charged me $146 for a Honda Part that the OEM retail price is $126 dollars and then $37 dollars to dispose of the old one! That I could have bought for $106 dollars anytime I wanted from another Honda Dealer. Do you really think I am happy!!!?
