I traded in my old suv for a brand new 2018 Honda CRV. I Was nervous going into the dealer but was greeted by Laura first on a late Friday evening. She was so kind and I loved the no pressure. We exchanged numbers because the store was closing soon. I reached out on her off day and she was so kind to answer my questions and we schedule for me to come in when she would be working. The whole experience was great. She was so accommodating to my children and me. Laura took the time to show me everything about my new car programmed my seat, radio stations and showed me all the features. She deserves more than 5 stars. Thanks for making this experience easy.

So I took my car for service today which can be a traumatic experience because you never know how it will go, or how much it will hurt your pocket. And many car dealers treat you like family when you buy a car, but like a disease when you come in for service. I thought I would try a new place for my accord and went to Checkered Flag. Layla truly made me feel at home there, and even though there was a glitch in my service time, I was taken back to my car and shown exactly what was going on. The tech (I think his name was Del) was awesome too! He explained to me the issue and worked diligently to get it fixed for me! The total came to exactly what I was quoted. I will never take my car anywhere else!!
