They are always helpful and courteous. They also provided me with a home remedy on my last visit for cleaning some corrosion buildup on my battery terminals to save me from having to replace any wiring and thus money.
We had an 8:00 Am appointment and our car was taken in as soon as we arrived. The repair was done quickly and we love the free car wash. Best of all, no charge!

Although it was tough to get a hold of her at times, she always gave me honest feedback and answered any questions I had. This was the first service appointment that I've had since 2018 whereas the appointment took less than 2 hours. I'm glad that this appointment didn't consume most of my day like the previous oil change appointment.

The service techs noticed my AC condenser was failing and replaced it, very quickly, under warranty! Changed the oil, rotated the tires and replaced the condenser in two hours, can't beat that.

The customer service rep was excellent, friendly and understanding. The only problem was the wait time. We made a early appointment for 9:30 but didn't leave until after 1PM for an inspection, oil change and wash. We sat and watched other people come and go that came after us. There is something wrong when you book an early appointment and get placed in the back of the line. I understand when he mentioned it may be a wait, but an 3 hour wait seems a little extreme.
